Home delivery is handled by Black Cat (Yamato), HCT Logistics, or T-Cat (Taiwan only).

Delivery Timeframe / Regions

Home Delivery

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 3–7 business days
    (May vary due to exceptional circumstances such as high order volumes or logistics delays)

  • Service Area: Taiwan main island only

Shipping Notes

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding the day of order placement and public holidays).

  • Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 17:00. No deliveries on weekends.

  • During holidays, peak seasons, or natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.

  • If you select Home Delivery, the actual delivery time will depend on the courier's route and schedule.

  • If you select Convenience Store Pickup, please check your SMS notifications and collect your package within 6 days of arrival.
