Product Trial Period
For fresh products or food items with short shelf life (i.e., close to expiration at the time of return/cancellation), the 7-day appreciation period does not apply, in accordance with the “Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind in Distance Sales.”
For all other eligible products, a 7-day product trial period (including weekends and holidays) begins upon delivery of the goods.
If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt and provide the following information:

Contact phone number
Name of the item to be returned
Reason for return and relevant photos

Return Guidelines
Returned items must be unused and free of non-manufacturing defects or damage.
Please note that the 7-day appreciation period is for inspection purposes only, not a trial use period.
If indicated by our store, please retain the original packaging, including the outer carton. Returns without complete packaging may be declined.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The 7-day appreciation period has expired.
Items have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling (e.g., stains, breakage, scratches, dents).
Packaging is damaged or incomplete, or required items such as invoices or accessories are missing.
Malicious or excessive return behavior.
Fresh perishable items.
Return Procedure
Contact customer service
Confirm eligibility for return
Prepare the full product and original invoice
Provide pickup time, contact info, and address
Our designated logistics provider will handle the return pickup
Refund Policy
Credit Card Payments: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed back to the original credit card.
Cash on Delivery: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account.

Exchange Procedure
If you and our store agree to proceed with an exchange, please return the original product via the return process and place a new order in the store.
We will issue an invoice and collect or refund any price difference accordingly.
If there is no price difference, no further action will be necessary.
